<meta name="description" content="Raymond Persinger, a classically
trained sculptor, creates glass, bronze and mixed media sculpture in his studio
for public and private collections. Always having a passion for art Raymond
started his career as an artist in his teens and by his early 20's he recieved
his first public art commission (three life sized horses) for the city of Brea's
Public Art Collection. Raymond is well known for his large scale public works
which include horses, firefighters and other public heros. Raymond is skilled
in portraiture and has created portraits of some very important figures. Raymond
cuurently works as an instructor and the head of the sculpture program at the
Laguna College of Art and Design, located in Southern California. In the past
Raymond has worked for Disneyland Entertainment Arts as an artist and model
designer and for Dinamation International as a sculptor and art department manager.
Many of the sculptures that Ray created for Dinamation were exhibited in Museums
around the world including the Smithsonian and the National Geographic Museum
in Washington DC.">
